Resin Anchor Fixing -
Resin anchor installation used in conjunction with our diamond or percussive drilling service is efficient means of fixing dowel bars or threaded rod into concrete or masonry walls and floors. We have access to a wide range of materials to suit your requirements and have experience of installing all the major brands including Hilti, Fischer and Rawl. We can arrange a load testing service for all resin and mechanical fixing installation if required.
Hydraulic Bursting -
Hydraulic bursting is a controlled demolition technique that will burst reinforced or mass concrete and masonry using a non-percussive hydraulic action. Used in-conjunction with diamond drilling, powerful hydraulic rams are inserted into pre-drilled holes and expanded until the material is forced apart. Once the integrity has been broken down the concrete can be removed using whatever method is applicable. This method Significantly reduces hand and arm vibration and works as an alternative method to noisy percussive demolition.
Hydraulic Crunching -
Hydraulic Crunching is an efficient way of removing large areas of reinforced concrete or masonry up to thickness of 300mm and is significantly quieter than large percussive breakers or peckers. Once positioned the operator will activate a hydraulic ram to crush the concrete or masonry within the clamp. This crushing technique creates a non-percussive sheering action, causing the integrity of the concrete to break down under pressure.
Surface Preparation -
Surface preparation is carried out to prepare a surface (normally a concrete base) for a resin topping or self-levelling material, we can reduce floor levels to suit your requirements. It can be carried out with a variety of different equipment specifically chosen to suit your needs. We have access to small hand-held devices right up to heavy duty operator driven machines. All dust is either suppressed with water or controlled using heavy duty vacuums.
