Diamond Track Sawing -

Wall or track sawing is typically specified to cut precise dimensional door, vent and window openings. Straight as well as bevel cuts are possible with the wall saw.

The wall saw is also an excellent choice for creating precise openings in any concrete structure. All dust is suppressed with the addition of water and can be controlled as required.

Diamond Wire Sawing -

Wire sawing is the best approach for removing sizable concrete structures and when cutting openings in thick walls. One of the biggest advantages is that there is almost no limit on the depth of the cut.

Diamond-infused wire is fed through a sequence of guide pulleys and passed through or around the section of concrete that needs cutting and then formed into a loop. The wire loop is then pulled continuously through the concrete section until the cut is accomplished.

Resin Anchor Fixing -

Resin anchor installation used in conjunction with our diamond or percussive drilling service is efficient means of fixing dowel bars or threaded rod into concrete or masonry walls and floors. We have access to a wide range of materials to suit your requirements and have experience of installing all the major brands including Hilti, Fischer and Rawl. We can arrange a load testing service for all resin and mechanical fixing installation if required.

Hydraulic Bursting -

Hydraulic bursting is a controlled demolition technique that will burst reinforced or mass concrete and masonry using a non-percussive hydraulic action. Used in-conjunction with diamond drilling, powerful hydraulic rams are inserted into pre-drilled holes and expanded until the material is forced apart. Once the integrity has been broken down the concrete can be removed using whatever method is applicable. This method Significantly reduces hand and arm vibration and works as an alternative method to noisy percussive demolition.

Hydraulic Crunching -

Hydraulic Crunching is an efficient way of removing large areas of reinforced concrete or masonry up to thickness of 300mm and is significantly quieter than large percussive breakers or peckers. Once positioned the operator will activate a hydraulic ram to crush the concrete or masonry within the clamp. This crushing technique creates a non-percussive sheering action, causing the integrity of the concrete to break down under pressure.

Surface Preparation -

Surface preparation is carried out to prepare a surface (normally a concrete base) for a resin topping or self-levelling material, we can reduce floor levels to suit your requirements. It can be carried out with a variety of different equipment specifically chosen to suit your needs. We have access to small hand-held devices right up to heavy duty operator driven machines. All dust is either suppressed with water or controlled using heavy duty vacuums.
